Rest assured we care for our customers
We offer a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:
a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
b. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).
c. The products need to be returned to CJ if our Dispute Team asks for a return on the AS Service Center.
Return & Refunds
Except for the important interpretation, we will make Refund, Resend, or accept the Return for any of the following cases:
1. Orders Delayed.
Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired after 60 days counting from the date that order departed from our vendor’s warehouse. This is usually 4-5 days after your place your order with us.
2. Orders not Received.
We will offer you a refund in all cases but the following:
If the tracking information shows Alert for any of the reasons listed below:
a) Incorrect/insufficient Address.
b) No Such Number.
c) Unknown recipient.
d) Refused.
e) Do not pick up in time.
f) No safe delivery location.
*Unfortunately we will not be able to deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order was delivered.*
3. Damaged Products.
We offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are damaged.
If your product arrived damaged you should let us know within 2 days after the package was delivered.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products.
We have a strict quality control process before products are dispatched.
a. If by a rare chance you are sent an incorrect product, we will offer you a full refund or replacement.
b. For products with the wrong colour, or size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., we will offer you a partial refund. Please provide us a photo of the measurement in case of a size missmatch.
c. If any accessories are missing, we will resend those.
5. Order Cancellation.
In case you cancel your order BEFORE is has been processed by our vendors we will offer full refund.
But things may be different for following orders:
a. Customised products that have been paid for will not be refunded, as they are personalised and cannot be resold to another client. This includes any printed products such as customised collar or photo.
Important notes
1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.
Issue will be closed automatically if the order has been closed and you have not responded for seven consecutive days.
2. Force Majeure.
We take no responsibility for any product shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited to: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
3. Returns.
Return products will need to be sent within 10 days after receiving products.
